Mobile Creative Arts Therapy
Creative Arts Therapist are mental health professionals who use creative arts approaches to help explore feelings.
Sarah Hogg specialises in providing Creative Arts Therapy by offering mobile and on-site services designed to provide therapeutic interventions within Schools, Agencies, and NGO’s. This services brings the expertise of a qualified and Registered Creative Arts Therapist (ANZACATA) and an Accredited Social Worker (AASW) directly to the location of these organisations ensuring children, adolescents, adults, groups, communities have access to therapeutic support without the need to travel.
What is Arts Therapy?
Arts Therapy is about the process not the end result.
You don’t have to be an artist to participate.
All forms of creativity in a person’s journey are encouraged by Arts Therapists.
We help make sense of lives by engaging our whole being in a holistic creative pursuit.
This may be through an artwork, a dance, a gesture, music, or poetry etc…
Sarah has completed a Masters of Therapeutic Arts Practice at The MIECAT Institute in 2024.
Sarah is a professional member with the Australian, New Zealand, and Asian Creative Arts Association (ANZACATA), and with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).

Online Professional Supervision
Professional Supervision is available to provide a supportive and reflective space alongside Social Workers, Counsellors and other Allied Health Professionals.
Sarah has experience with providing student Social Workers on Field Placement with external supervision in Casual External Field Educator role at CDU.
Sarah has a passion for working alongside social workers and other allied health professional to explore reflective practice, professional wellbeing and creating safety in spaces.

Online Counselling
Counselling is holding space for exploration in a humanistic, client centred and evidence-based approach. Through creating connections and therapeutic relationships in a safe space, to slow down and feel into it.
Sarah has over 8 years experience as a Counsellor in many areas, such as School Counselling Program and Employee Assistance Program (EAP), along with providing students at Flinders University with support and wellbeing. With a total of over 15 years experience working as an accredited Social Worker.
Sarah has a background Play Therapy and holds a Graduate Certificate in Play Therapy, with prior experience and professional membership with Australasia Pacific Play Therapy Association (APPTA).

Accredited Social Worker
Accredited Social Worker with the Australian Association of Social Work (AASW). Sarah completed her Bachelor of Social Work in 2010 and has over 15 years experience as a Social Worker working alongside clients and providing support in the Darwin community and interstate.

$193.99* Full fee - Therapeutic session.
$160* Concession fee - Therapeutic session.
Available as an NDIS provider to support participants who are self managed or have a plan manager.
Available for fee for service clients!
